SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or adverse weather conditions, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Our goods should reach you free from any manufacturing defects either in materials or workmanship. You should inspect the goods upon receipt for any signs of defects or damage.
Please ensure all goods are checked after receiving a delivery to ensure:
• You are happy with the goods you have purchased
• There are no obvious physical faults or damages with the goods
• You have received the correct goods you have ordered and there are no shortages
If you find any fault or defect you must inform us as soon as possible in order that we may arrange for their return. If it is proved that the goods were faulty or defective prior to shipping to you, we will replace the goods or refund you in full.
We offer 28 days return period, complete the Product Returns Form, or you can email us on: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have contacted us we will respond with further instructions for returning the items back to us, during this time you must take care of the goods whilst in your possession.
If you do not hear from us within 48 hours please contact us on +44(0)1902244 372 as it could mean the form has not been received.
The buyer is liable for any postage or carriage costs incurred in returning the goods.
Alternatively, we can arrange collection or drop-off for you, this will be supplied at cost however please note this amount will be deducted from any refund amount.
You should retain any proof of postage as evidence of return. Goods that are returned that are inspected by the seller and found to be used or damaged will be refused for credit and returned to the buyer.
Once we receive the goods we will inspect that the goods are unworn, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Goods must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and in their original condition in order that a replacement may be issued or credit given.
We will offer an exchange or refund, please note refunds can take up to 14 days via the payment method you purchased the items with.
If you require an exchange additional outbound delivery charges may apply.
Goods should be returned no later than twenty-eight days after receipt.
